During the culture call, we will have a discussion about you, including your interests, the type of roles you are looking for, and the work culture you prefer in an organization. You can also expect a few basic technical questions. Additionally, we will have a deaf interview round where communication will be in written form instead of verbal. This gives you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have for further discussion.
Make sure you have a clear understanding of what you want to work on in your next organization. It would be beneficial to brush up on your technical skills a bit, but most importantly, be yourself and let your true qualities shine through.
You can use the Calendly link available. Once you open the link shared, you can view the days and times you can book a call. All the time slots visible in the Calendly link are convenient for the interviewer to have a call, so you don't have to confirm with them on their availability.Make sure to mention the correct mail ID while you are booking a call using Calendly. You would be receiving the confirmation of the booking along with the Gmeet link to join the call in this mail ID you have used.
It is requested that you book your interview slot such that you are available to have a video call with the interviewer.
No, there's no separate setting needed for a deaf interview call. All you need to do is to be connected via google meet on your device and we will be conducting the deaf interview call via the chat box.
Google Meet has the option to add captions to your call. You can turn on your captions by going to the Three dots menu > Turn on captions
You will find the link to reschedule or cancel a call from the email confirmation received via Calendly. You can mention the reason for your rescheduling or cancellation for the interviewer's knowledge
