Sr. Tech Lead

About the Job:

As a Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development process, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the successful delivery of our web applications. Collaborating closely with our design and development teams, you will oversee the technical aspects of projects, ensuring they align with best practices, maintainability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of web applications using Laravel and React.js.
• Architect and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance backend and frontend solutions.
• Collaborate with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional web applications.
• Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise, code reviews, and constructive feedback.
• Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies within the team.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest developments and trends in Laravel, React.js, and web development.
• Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Laravel framework for backend development and React.js for frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and ORM concepts.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with additional frontend frameworks/libraries such as Angular or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
• Previous experience leading the development of complex web applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
