Key Responsibilities:

• Define and prioritize product features based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to translate product vision into actionable requirements and user stories.
• Lead Agile development processes including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation of product features.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay abreast of industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Communicate product updates, timelines, and milestones to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
• Gather and analyze metrics to measure product performance and iterate based on insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar role in a software development environment.
• Strong technical background with knowledge of web and mobile technologies, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform product decisions.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Familiarity with user experience design principles and usability testing methodologies.
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Certification in Agile or Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).
