About the Job:

As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving product strategy, development, and execution. With your technical expertise in full-stack development and product management experience, you’ll oversee the creation of impactful solutions. Your role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring products meet market demands and align with TechUp Labs' strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Work closely with engineering teams to plan, design, and deliver high-quality web applications and solutions.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, user stories, and wireframes.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and effective decision-making.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify product enhancements and new opportunities.
• Prioritize features, bug fixes, and technical improvements to optimize product performance and user experience.
• Oversee and contribute to documentation, including technical guides, release notes, and user manuals.
• Analyze product performance, define key success metrics, and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure technical feasibility and scalability of products, leveraging your experience in full-stack development and database management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack PHP Developer (CorePHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JS).
• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS or web application development.
• Strong understanding of how databases, front-end, and back-end systems work, with the ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
• Solid knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS and experience with deployment and scaling web applications.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to assess technical trade-offs and product priorities.
• Proven ability to create and manage detailed documentation for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience transitioning from a development role to product management.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies for product development.
• Familiarity with modern project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Strong understanding of API development, integration, and third-party tools.
• Ability to handle competing priorities and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
