About the Job:
As a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our B2B outreach, driving both strategic marketing initiatives and hands-on sales efforts. This is a hybrid role for someone who’s as comfortable crafting compelling content and social campaigns as they are presenting product demos and understanding customer psychology. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, product managers, and leadership to shape messaging and strategies that convert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted B2B sales and marketing strategies in line with company goals.
- Craft persuasive content for marketing materials including blogs, social media posts, emails, product pages, case studies, and help articles.
- Create basic graphic designs using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark for marketing visuals and social campaigns.
- Conceptualize, script, and produce short videos to demonstrate product features or share brand stories.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and customer pain points, using this insight to inform campaigns.
- Strategically manage social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Optimize digital content with SEO best practices and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Apply principles of buyer psychology to improve messaging and conversion throughout the sales funnel.
- Track performance of marketing initiatives and prepare reports with data-driven insights.
- Support the sales team in client communications, lead follow-ups, and proposal development.
- Represent TechUp Labs in virtual demos and client presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales and/or marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong command of content creation – writing, editing, and storytelling.
- Solid understanding of social media marketing and campaign management.
- Basic skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with video creation/editing tools for marketing use.
- Good grasp of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge of sales psychology to drive customer engagement.
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Ability to independently manage tasks, prioritize work, and collaborate with remote teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in technology startups or growth-stage companies.
- Familiarity with writing help articles, product documentation, or support content.
- Demonstrated success in multi-channel campaigns (e.g., email, social, content, video).
- Portfolio or work samples that showcase your ability to create and execute marketing strategies.
