About the Job:

As an Operations Manager, you will work closely with our executive and operational teams to oversee daily operations, streamline processes, and ensure the efficient delivery of our products and services. You will leverage your expertise in operations management to drive continuous improvement, enhance productivity, and support our growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of operations with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in operations management, process improvement, and resource optimization.
• Experience with operations management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Lean, Six Sigma).
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and vendor management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex operational concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for continuous improvement and innovation in operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) is highly desirable.
• Experience in operations management within a product-based or IT company.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
• Understanding of financial analysis and cost management.
• Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and regulatory compliance.
