About the Job:

As the Head of Growth, you will be at the forefront of our expansion strategy, driving both customer acquisition and revenue growth. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll design and execute growth strategies that align with our business objectives and resonate with our target market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
  • Leverage data and analytics to optimize the customer journey and improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Monitor and analyze growth performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscapes to inform growth strategies.
  • Represent TechUp Labs at industry events, conferences, and meetings to build and enhance our network.
  • Drive continuous improvement in growth processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a growth role within the B2B SaaS industry, with a strong track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent data analysis and decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the technology startup environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, growth analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools.
  • Previous experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow partner relationships.
