About the Job:

As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining responsive, high-quality web applications using modern frontend technologies. You will work closely with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to build seamless user experiences across devices and platforms. This role requires a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js, along with a keen eye for design, performance, and usability. You’ll help shape the visual and interactive layer of our products while ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
• Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable, and scalable frontend components.
• Build and maintain component-based architectures using React.js.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and consistent behavior across devices.
• Optimize applications for performance, speed, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and dynamic data.
• Work closely with designers and product teams to refine user experiences.
• Debug, test, and maintain frontend code to ensure reliability and quality.
• Follow best practices for code structure, version control, and documentation.
• Continuously learn and adopt new frontend tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or UI Developer.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with React.js and component-based development.
• Good understanding of responsive design, layouts, and CSS frameworks.
• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON data.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Understanding of basic web performance optimization techniques.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-first environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, or similar).
• Familiarity with frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
• Experience with UI libraries or design systems (Material UI, Ant Design, Tailwind, etc.).
• Basic understanding of backend technologies or frameworks.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
• Experience working in product-based or SaaS environments.
• Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
