About the Job:

As an AI-First Content Writer, you'll craft high-impact content across multiple formats — blogs, scripts, landing pages, email sequences, social content, and product copy — using AI as your co-creator, not just a tool. You’ll work with tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Notion AI, GrammarlyAI, Perplexity, and custom LLMs to plan, produce, refine, and optimize content. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure every piece of content aligns with brand voice, audience psychology, and AI-driven insights. Your role goes beyond writing — you’ll help build content engines, automate workflows, enhance SEO, and apply AI to accelerate creativity and production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write and optimize high-quality content for blogs, landing pages, emails, social media, and product communications.
• Use AI content tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Claude, Perplexity) to generate first drafts, expand ideas, and enhance content quality.
• Transform raw ideas, briefs, transcripts, and research into polished and audience-ready content.
• Build AI-powered content workflows and templates to improve speed, consistency, and scale.
• Leverage SEO tools to produce search-optimized content.
• Use AI generative tools to ideate or assist with visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to create compelling narrative-driven content.
• Conduct AI-assisted content research, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking.
• Track content performance using analytics to improve messaging, structure, and engagement.
• Maintain brand voice consistency across every communication touchpoint.
• Experiment with writing prompts, new AI tools, and creative content automation systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or Content Strategist.
• Strong understanding of AI-assisted writing workflows and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency with AI writing and research tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, GrammarlyAI, Notion AI, Perplexity).
• Solid understanding of content marketing, storytelling frameworks, and digital communication.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, content optimization, and keyword planning.
• Ability to create content across different tones, platforms, and use cases.
• Excellent grammar, clarity, narrative flow, and creative messaging skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, experimental, and AI-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using AI tools to automate content pipelines and improve productivity.
• Familiarity with content analytics tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush).
• Experience writing for SaaS, tech products, or B2B digital audiences.
• Exposure to generative visual tools (Midjourney, Canva AI, Leonardo, Runway) for content support.
• Understanding of storytelling structures such as AIDA, PAS, brand voice frameworks, and UX writing.
• Experience with A/B testing content variations using AI insights.
